Essential Oils For hair Growth and Thickness.
For someone like me, I have had a great hair since childhood when It comes to thickness. It is more natural than me trying to gain the thickness. What I needed was longer hair because my hair is one of my favorite things on my body.
I decided to went for research and found out that different types of oils can help in my hair growth goal and that I can achieve even a thicker hair than I have right. So in the spirit of sharing I decided to write this post knowing a lot of people out there will definitely want hair with great thickness.
I decided to talk about essential oils. I am going to be talking about different essential hair oil that will help you in hair growth and thickness. These oils will help you one way or another to achieve your hair goals. Give it a try and leave me a comment how it goes.
What is an essential Oil?
The dictionary defines essential oils a natural oil typically obtained by distillation and having the characteristic odor of the plant or other source from which it is extracted.
These oils are unique and are extracted from plants. By capturing the plant’s scent and flavor called its “essence”, essential oils capture unique aromatic compounds which gives each essential oil their uniqueness.
How does essential oil help your hair?

Hair growth is on of the first thing essential oils can do for you. The root causes of hair loss are many but instead of trying to fight hair loss by going in for a replacement surgery, it is good to first try to boost circulation, add moisture and fight off inflammation.
Essential oil are one of the best friends when it comes to hair growth and thickness. Few drops of essential oils can boost circulation, add moisture and fight off inflammation thereby stimulating hair growth and prevent hair loss.

using essential oils for your hair makes hair locks stronger and healthier, as opposed to hair care products with potential side effects. These oil have hydrating, soothing and anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties which work to nourish your hair naturally.

Avoid going in for the cheaper products which will not provide a good medical benefit to your hair because this oil is known to be expensive.
Olive oil has anti-inflammatory qualities that will help your scalp to be healthy and reduce dandruff. It’s also rich in vitamin E, an important antioxidant for hair growth.
Avocado oil like olive oil, has fatty acids which works well to combat oxidative damage to the hair and scalp while improving overall hair quality in the process. This oil may also inhibit the action of DHT, which means less inflammation on the scalp.
Stress which is one of the causes of hair loss is limited if you use lavender oil. Studies have shown that lavender oil generates the growth of cells and reduces stress – both of which may help speed up hair growth.
Rosemary oil helps improve both hair growth and thickness because of its ability to improve cell generation which is good for your hair strands.

Cedarwood oil balances the oil-producing glands in the scalp and also has anti fungal and antibacterial qualities that can help treat conditions that lead to hair loss or dandruff. When mixed with lavender and rosemary, cedar wood helps reduce hair loss for people who suffer from alopecia.
How I choose my hair oil
1. By the hair oil ingredients
The ingredients of any hair oil will determine the benefits that hair oil will have for your hair. When it comes to oiling my scalp i go for essential oils like rosemary oil which allows me achieve the goal of hair growth and thickness.
You should go in for oils with natural ingredient since harsh chemical additives and synthetic ingredients may damage hair and cause adverse skin and scalp reactions.
2. By my hair type
Not everyone has the same hair type. Oily hairs, dry hairs and maybe normal hair type. Choose the hair oil that matches your hair type to get the best result.
3. Does it Moisturizes
I can not go in for any oil that is not able to moisturize my hair. A good hair growth oil should have moisturizing qualities that nourish both hair and skin.
Extra benefits won’t hurt right. Many
hair growth oils have many other functions and may have other uses,
such as a cleanser for the face, for overall skin health, etc. While
it’s not a necessity when choosing the hair growth oil you think is best
for you, versatility is helpful.
